Requirements
This position’s primary responsibilities include compiling and analyzing financial information for the companies product lines, with an emphasis on revenue and gross margin performance. This position is responsible for developing, interpreting and implementing financial concepts for financial planning and control. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities:
• Calculate and analyze key revenue and gross margin statistics and trends, including "what if" scenarios, to enhance accuracy of forecasting. Recommends methods to improve future financial performance.
Provide Analysis and reporting on, monthly overall product performance. Communicates key drivers and trends for each product.
Maintains ownership and is responsible for ongoing improvement of complex, metric-driven revenue forecasting models. Identifies, communicates, and implements ongoing improvements.
Maintains an overall knowledge of the business and partners with departments to ensure effective and thorough analysis and accuracy of data.
Creates effective financial presentations that condense detailed data and provide underlying facts and analysis to facilitate audience’s understanding of the content.
Position Requirements:
•Four year degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA and/or CPA preferred
•5-7 years of progressive experience in key financial positions, including financial analysis and planning/budgeting, preferably supporting a business unit or multiple product lines.
•Tech Industry knowledge preferred
•Ability to determine best method and identify sources of data for performing various business analyses.
•Strong systems knowledge to aid in the identification of factors that affect various financial measurements; experience with Baan a plus
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
•Good working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
•Detail oriented
•Good written and oral communication skills required.
•Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment required.

Compensation of $70k to $100k salary depending on experience
