Customer Service Representative/Sales
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
CSR will report to the Customer Service Manager.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Provide all customer service functions.
Receive customers' order requests electronically, via telephone, fax, email or mail.
Process orders, mail catalogs, samples, price quotations, and similar data to customers, as appropriate.
Respond to customers' requests via email, telephone, fax, email or mail.
Maintain knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, various marketing promotional services, and similar data, as required.
Analyze requests, provide information requested or ascertain who can best provide the information, and route the request to the proper person.
Search company records.
Trace status of orders.
Resolve customer questions.
Maintain liaison with other internal departments.
Assist in Returns and Replacements as needed.
Perform other allied duties as assigned by supervisor.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Pleasant telephone voice/manner.
Ability to operate simple office equipment sufficiently to perform the job.
Intermediate PC skills.
MUST have at least 2 years of CSR Experience in an OFFICE environment.
Salary of $11.00 to $13.00 per hour DOE
